i probably play the flop and turn the same. Maybe donk the turn so you can 3 bet?
Also i definetly lead the river after the turn checks around. what a shame if it checks thru

Weird hand.

Definently donk the river once you get there.

The way you played it, you should raise the river but it's closer than you'd think. Against a MP range of AA-88, AJ-QJ (whiffed turn C/r), you have 71% equity. If he folds 9s and Ts to the c/r youre only a 60-40 favorite when called and you're getting 3bet a lot. But it's small stakes party poker so his range is bigger than that. You have the button beat and he might pay off a c/r which gives you some overlay

I play the flop/turn the same... but the river, I think the way you played it means a CHECK -RAISE. But i definitely go for betting on the river after the turn checks.
