Default Hmmm AKo hand

It has been noted that I tend to be weak-tight (which is true). This is what you can call a typical hand for me.

SB is not a good player from what I can see. She is about 60/20 and passive postflop after about 60 hands. Button appears to be pretty good (20/10/2+) in a limited sample.

Turn: (8 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)

Final Pot: 12 BB

Too passive postflop? Should I fold this anywere? How did I do start to finish?

Brad

Flop call is fine, you have overs and two backdoor draws and are getting 14:1, so that's pretty easy. I can't decide if I like raising the turn or river though with the ace. If she's super passive I'm calling down, but 60/20 is pretty aggro and something like QJ is possible here. I'm probably popping a raise on the turn or river (probably the turn to try to get button out of the mix).

i raise the turn and bet the river or call the turn and raise the river.

Are you afraid of AQ from SB? I'd raise the turn and fold to a reraise or a bet on the river.

My fingers would be itching to raise the flop sometimes, but if you call and spike an ace I would call the turn and probably raise the river.

Oh btw, Why aren't you posting in SS?

I would call the flop, but the threat of button raising makes it close in my opinion.

Either raise the turn or the river, I think you lose bets with this line when you are ahead which is often against a PFR 20 player. Also there is no threat of her being scared away because she is loose VPIP 60+.

I like it! A raise on the river might be a good idea, but could you fold to a reraise? I don't know if I could. I don't like raising on the turn because I wouldn't want to chase away KK. I also like calling the flop to learn more about button's hand. Anyway, I'd expect to be shown AK or KK.

Of course, I don't play $5/$10!!
