Absolute has if not the best customer service, at the very least second best behind pokerstars. I've never had a problem in over 2 years and a skrillion cashouts.

I like and trust Absolute, too.
Not so sure about there CS though.
I was amused and surprised at this recent response to my Rake Structure inquiry:

Dear Dan,

Regarding your concern, rakes are commissions for us. In a casino, player play vs the DEALER. We don't. We let people play vs them. We have no dealer that plays.

Go to web site. Real money > rake schedule.

Solved. Also, when you ask the question "What are the rakes???" you are just asking for someone to misinterpret your question. Asking what the rake structure is would have probably gotten a better response.
