Re: Absolute, wants to be trusted? Hah!
Absolute has if not the best customer service, at the very least second best behind pokerstars. I've never had a problem in over 2 years and a skrillion cashouts.

Re: Absolute, wants to be trusted? Hah!
I like and trust Absolute, too.
Not so sure about there CS though. I was amused and surprised at this recent response to my Rake Structure inquiry: Dear Dan, Thank you for your email. Regarding your concern, rakes are commissions for us. In a casino, player play vs the DEALER. We don't. We let people play vs them. We have no dealer that plays. Thanks for playing at Absolute Poker! If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We're here for you! Sincerely, Andres Team Absolute ~ Customer Support "Continuing to be the Best and Most Trusted" Support@AbsolutePoker.com Refer your friends to Absolute Poker today and we'll hand you some FREE cash. See www.absolutepoker.com/promotionsReferAFriend.asp for more details! --Original Message-- From: xxxxxxxx@shaw.ca Date: 12/04/05 To: support@absolutepoker.com Subject: Rake[#1527925] Hi, Funny thing, but I can find NO info on your site about the ring game rakes, only ARP info. Re: Absolute, wants to be trusted? Hah!
Go to web site. Real money > rake schedule.
Solved. Also, when you ask the question "What are the rakes???" you are just asking for someone to misinterpret your question. Asking what the rake structure is would have probably gotten a better response. |
