How big is the raise? If it's above 2.97 times BB than all-in is your only chance.

Amazon's estimates are routinely way off - they seem to estimate pre-release and back-order times very conservatively. When I pre-ordered SSII from them, they said it would ship in 1-2 months. I got it in less than a week. They never take as long as the estimates say; I think the goal is the "underpromise - overdeliver" philosophy.
