Default Vol Put $ in Pot % - Ring Game/Tourney

I seem to be hovering just over 30% (31.2%) in Ring games with my Vol Put $ in Pot percentage, but manage a nice 19.5% in tounament play. Do any of yours vary this much? I will always be a looser player in ring games, which I believe is generally true of most players. I primarily play 6 handed .25/.50 and .50/$1 in ring games, and $20 - $50 SnG tourneys. I think a good goal would be to work down to 25%, but don't know if I should be THAT passive in a lower limit ring game.

Thanks

My percentage in MTT's is lower than in regular ring games. However, I could not be a consistent winner with a VP$ip as high as yours. 30% is very high. I'm closer to 18%.

Ok, I'm ready for flaming. I just checked my PokerTracker stats at the $1/2 level (old) for VP$IP. It was 42.01% for 1476 games (I'm currently playing at a higher level). It hasn't appreciably lowered since I moved up.

My BB/100 games played at the $1/2 level was 10.77. It is higher than that nowadays.
