Default Difference on Party .50/1.00 and 1.00/2.00

Im moving up from .50/1.00 to 1.00/2.00 limit on Party and was wondering what the difference in play was like. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1-2 full is a rock garden.

1-2 6max is insane.

After about 8k hands @ 1/2 full, I have to say it has a lot more weak tight players than .5/1. I think it is time to work on my shorthanded play and step up to 1/2 6-handed.

1/2 is more weakish tighter. And has a higher rake

The rake is only higher because the pot is bigger, but in a ratio of the size of the rake and the pot i think the rake is actually smaller by a hair, accourding to my poker tracker stats.

Disagree. These are completely different games and totally different strategies are required to win at each.

I have a very limited sample of 50c/$1 data (compared to $1/2) but I can agree with this.

my PT database lists avg rake/pot size/pct on PTY as follows:
50c/$1 - 0.36/8.72/4.12%
$1/2 - 0.55/13.97/3.93%

2ndgoat's old chart solidifies this as well.
