Tried to make my first withdraw and got this message:

and a withdrawal request.

I never used a credit card, I only used Neteller to deposit. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Try calling them. I haven't dealt with WSEX in a long time but their phone customer service used to be excellent.

I am surprised this has not gotten more attention. Is this normal? I know a lot of people have been using WSEX for the American Idol futures.

Go to the live Support you WILL get help...fast. WSEX's customer support is only matched by paradise... they are BRILLIANT... simply contact them...
