Did anybody else get this message from Party when asking for the Rel?

I just got this message from party?
Anybody get something similar?

That's weird.

I just e-mailed them a couple hours ago and got an e-mail back saying the bonus had been credited about 10-15 minutes later.

I would try sending it again....perhaps you will get a different support-rep.

Also possible they just decided to tell their support-reps to do the 24-48 hour thing to avoid the possibility of accidentally giving the bonus to the same person twice (which shouldn't be a problem really) OR to just keep them from spending all their time manually going into everyone's accounts to give them the bonus.

since it's the over-night now (when I suspect they have fewer reps) then perhaps they just made a decision that they it just isn't worth it time-wise to have the reps doing this all night long.

Lots of possibilities...of course, the possibility that you just got an idiot rep is also pretty realistic.

I emailed them twice and got the same message
That phone number is not for party but when I called them on the real number they told me that there is some technical problem but my raked hands will count if I start playing now

I called about 2hrs ago, which was 10mins after I made my deposit with the bonus. The rep told me theres a technical prob, and I'll get the bonus in 24-48hrs and raked hands will count towards the bonus. Kind of pisses me off when guys are telling me they're getting the bonus in a matter of seconds, and I didn't cuz I got a lazy rep. F*** out sourcing!
