Default Odds of seating in a multi-table tourney

Suppose you and a friend enter a NL Hold'em tournament with 500 entrants. What are the odds that you and your friend will be seated at the same table when the tournament starts, assuming 10 players per table?

I'm pretty sure this would just be 9/499. 9 being the number of seats remaining at your table after you sit down, 499 being the number of remaining seats your friend could be seated at.
