Default WCOOP #4 - HELP! Flop min raised

WCOOP #4 PLO 6-handed $200+15 buyin

Seat 1: MP1 (23338 in chips)
Seat 2: MP2 (15713 in chips)
Seat 3: Villain (13795 in chips)
Seat 4: SB (4202 in chips)
Seat 5: BB (16457 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero (21118 in chips)
SB: posts small blind 100
BB: posts big blind 200

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero [Qs Ad]
Hero: raises 500 to 700
MP1: folds
MP2: folds
Villain: calls 700
SB: folds
BB: calls 500

*** FLOP *** [3h Ah 4c]
BB: checks
Hero: bets 1600
Villain: raises 1600 to 3200
BB: folds
Hero: raises 8600 to 11800 ??

Villain is very loose, aggressive preflop, passive postflop (54/18/0.6 in 37 hands). I read the villain as either having a weaker ace or is trying to buy a free card on the flop. Reasonable to raise the max or is a slower line better?

I like a slower line. Call here, punish him on the turn... Or if he checks the turn too, check the river and punish him there. Reasoning? You're likely ahead here. There is no reason to scare off a bluffer. If you check to him on the turn, yes he might take a free card, but I think it is more likely that he has a weaker ace and will fear that you are drawing. However, if you check the river (after he checks the turn) he'll try to bluff his busted flush or value-bet his ace. Yeah, I like slower play.
