The straight-flush has a lock on the high pot. The low draw has 16 outs twice to split. To scoop, the high hand must dodge the 16 outs twice, which happens with probability 25/41 * 24/40 = 300/820. The equity of the high hand is 1*300/820 + (1/2)*520/820 = .683 .

To do it the other way is a bit more complicated. KQJT has a high lock, so A2KQ needs to hit a low card (3,4,5,6) on either the turn or river to split the pot.

On the flop, there are (4+4+3 = 11) cards already out, leaving 41 in the deck. There are 16 cards to hit to catch a low. Thus, the chance of hitting a low on the the turn is 16/41 = 0.390244. The chance of not hitting is 0.609756.

If you don't hit on the turn, you now have 16 outs to hit on the river with 40 cards left in the deck. Thus, the chance of hitting on the river is 16/40 = 0.4. So, the total chance of catching the needed card is

(chance of hitting on turn) + (chance of missing on turn)(chance of hitting on river)
= 0.390244 + 0.609756 * 0.4 = 0.634146

This is for half the pot, so divide by two to get an equity of 31.7%
