USB pls help

Hello,

I'm not big computer guy. My USB ports don't work anymore. Computer 1 yr old. Pls Help me, just got IRiver.

Anymore? As in they worked before. When was the last time they worked. Did you do anything serious to your computer since then?(ie. Reformat hard drive or re-install windows)

Probably a driver issue.

Not actually sure when they stopped working. Could have been months ago. I don't use them oftin

Uninstall driver (with USB device physically disconnected). Reboot. Plug in USB device after you login to windows. Should do plug and play. If not, try using CD. If not, try internet for driver.

If you've gone into your computer lately, you might have unplugged the USB connection on your motherboard, but I don't think that's the problem.
