Default PP $20/40 - AKs

No good reads, only numbers: 35/17, PF agg 1.2. Am I supposed to fold the river? I am guessing I should've raised the turn, would have made the hand easier to play?

Party Poker 20/40 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
3 folds, Hero raises, 2 folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero calls, SB folds.

River: (6.50 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: 8.50 BB

you HAVE to raise the turn... both for value and for information.. he could be betting a weaker king w/ a club, the naked ace of clubs, a flush... who knows...i think raising there makes the river much easier to play.. i mostly play live, so i'm not sure what all those pokertracker numbers signify, but barring a read, i fold the river... if he's betting a club on the turn, he just got there... and if he has a weak king, he's probably checking the turn in hopes for a cheap showdown...

YES, raise the turn. That donk-bet says semi-bluff to me.. If he re-raises the turn I'd be folding, given his 1.2 PFA. On a brick river I'd call a bet or bet if he checks. On this river, I check/fold.

(Unless his sees SD stat is very low, then maybe a checkdown in the first case and a bet in the second case. Maybe.)

Yup, exactly what I thought. I didn't really like the way I played this hand, just found it while I was looking through some hands and it struck me as odd that I didn't raise the turn here, Thanks.

I agree raise the turn, but because of the small blind.

You raise the turn to face him with 2 cold if he has a lone club or some other draw. Then you take control of the hand and find out where you are with BB.

If you are heads up, calling the turn has a lot of merit.
Especially if you can't fold to a turn 3-bet.

So notice alot of the reasoning for raising here is based on the presence of the Sb.
