River desiscion on scary board

Standart loose passive PP table, the board after the river looked about a scary as its gets,so far my opponents don't seems to bet unless there good(like all good LPP's)What do i do on the river?raise,fold,call??

Call ... with BB betting out on the flush or straight, you just want to close the action and get on with the next hand. You're probably beat, but you don't want to lose 12BB to some idiot betting because he just hit his pair of kings.
