Intertops accounts not allowed in Nevada?
I did a search and didn't see any threads here concerning this. I just tried to open a poker account at Intertops. I got a denial message stating that accounts in Nevada are not allowed.
I'm wondering if this is recent, or if it has always been their policy. Do any of you Nevada 2+2'ers have an Intertops account? |

It has always been that way.

Re: Intertops accounts not allowed in Nevada?
Doesn't Nevada specifically ban online gambling, including poker?
If so, that might be why. Some operators may want to "play ball" with state governments so that the Feds don't come down on them. |

I just find it odd that Party, Empire, Eurobet and Multipoker would allow Nevada accounts, while Intertops would not. They all use the same tables. |

Maybe it is something along those lines. Just a thought. craig |
