3rd hand at the table, nothing on the villain.

I got AA (stack =25) UTG and raise to 2. 1 caller from MP.

Flop is 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (pot = 4.1)
I lead for 2.5, he calls.

Turn is 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (pot=9.1)
I check, He bets 5, I think for a while and call

River is T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (pot = 19.1)
I push 15

I suck.

how successful has the move of honor been with you guys since the new party structure? Ive tried it a few times, and havent gotten a single call [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

8BB UTG is lucky to get any callers...

Is this the same raise you make with J-J in the CO with 2 limpers??

Im not criticizing just curious. I guess 2 dollars is good in that KK reraises to like 8 here almost effectively Pot sticking himself..I mean if he is gonna reraise...

8xBB in EP. I limp JJ. In LP I go 3xBB and MP 4-5xBB.

I got AA 3 hands out of 4 at this one table and everytime I made it 8xBB and got callers on all of them proceeded to get all-in on the flop and have the best hand each time.

1 rotation later I got KK twice and they called my pre-flops, but only called on the flop and folded the turn (or folded the flop once, I'm not 100%). I've seen raises to 12xBB get called by 4 guys.

i used to raise 8xBB, but i got lambasted for it. so i switched to 4xBB + 1BB for every limper, regardless of position. if i'm EP, should i be raising 4xBB + 1BB for every anticipated caller?

I do it because my range of hands there is SO small there and I still get action. As the range of raising hands goes up, the size of raise goes down.

I openraise 'what the market will bear'. When in doubt, 4xBB + 1 BB per limper (not anticipated), but if people will call 10x BB raises (and they will, in crazy games) go for it.
