They are not very similiar at all. PokerEdge is a data feed which gives you data on other players playing styles. PokerTracker tracks your play and those you play with. So if you want tons of data without collecting it yourself, go with pokeredge. If you want to improve your own game, and analyze your own game then go with PokerTracker.
