I was thinking it was pretty dumb of you to start this thread with the other one right there.
I bought 2 cheap used 23" CRTs myself, but I pay for it as one of them occassionally makes a sound that make you want to scrape out the inside of your ears. That's the $90 one from the salvage place next to the dump. The $170 reconditioned one from Fry's is golden. Be cheap, but not too cheap.
