Default Ultimate *&^#)%! advice........

Don't use symbols in your passwords.

After a software update about four weeks ago,
I made a routine password change.

It took until now for them to get my account
straightened out to where I could access the
cashier.

Did not know myself, until today, what the problem
was until they told me.

It was four weeks of annoyance, but now is fixed.

Don't create the same problem for yourself.

I use a symbol in my password on UB, and have changed it (from another password with a symbol) in the last couple of months. I have never had any problem.

So, you are using a diff OS. Whatever.

Ivbe got 4 weeks of emails back and forth from UB.

If you don't want to take a chance, then don't
use *&%$ on UB for Passwords.

They had trouble with other accounts, as well.

That is all.
