taxes and citizenship
So on my citizenship form I checked the box that says I don't receive any income from illegal gambling (you pretty much have to).
I plan to pay the first of my poker taxes at the end of this quarter. Should I be scared at all that the government will consider this income from illegal gambling and somehow screw up my citizenship app? And if so, what should I do? Thanks. |

[/ QUOTE ] no. first because the gambling was probably legal and second because the irs won't rat you out. |

Re: taxes and citizenship
As far as you're concerned, the gambling you do is all legal.
If anyone questions you on it, just repeat that line over and over. |

Re: taxes and citizenship
Check the box that says you're a terrorist. Then your application is guaranteed to sail through unimpeded.
