Why is "Banned at Poo Mountain" Locked?

Just wondering: Why is one of my favorite threads, "Banned at Poo Mountain" locked?

I would like to hear more about Brown Thumb and his exploits.

Mike Haven locked it and gave his reason in another post. I didn't quite follow his reasoning, but he suggested just linking the old thread and adding to it in new threads or something like that.

I see: I missed it the first time. Uh, I don't see why the thread would be any wider than any other. There were no Pictures or URL's posted.
