Default How does this great player do it?

There is this great player on Pokerroom. I've seen him with 150K in his account before. His name is sansone. I was watching him.

The game is (4-6) handed 100-200
This guy constantly raises / ch. raises / bets on nothing all the time. Actual hand: 5 handed UTG raises, sansone is in the SB with 74off 3 bets and wins the hand 2 pair. This guy I have never seen fold the big blind. He at least calls it every time. And if he does call, it is a 70% chance he is check raising. This guy bluffs at every possible pot at every time. He caps 55 on a board of 689.

So I thought...if i works for him, why can't it work for me. So I tried it, and wow!!! it doesn't work. I tried it at 10-20.

How can this be learned? and can you only do it normally at the high limits?

I play usually just short handed and I fold the BB 55% of the time to steals. Should I Start calling 100% of the time like this guy does?
