I'm still running/playing bad at 3/6 so i'm still checking pretty standard hands. did i leave any money on the table here?

I dont have enough hands on either player, from what i have MP3 seems TAGish while co seems slightly loose and passive.

I don't know about that. You could call the flop, and try to c/r the turn, hopefully trapping CO for another bet. But that is a risky, and probably a poorer play, given than MP3 could just as easily have raised a 5 and take a free card.
