Small Stakes VS. larger??

I played pretty well atBellagio's $4/$8 game - and have done well with online games as high as $20/$40. How much more difficult are the higher limit games at the Bellagio? WOuld 8/16 be much tougher? When do the games become very difficult? Thanks!!
