Default TT\'s heads-up versus a turn scare card

Playing NLHE 10-handed $4-$4 on Pokerroom

I have $400 and open raise to $15 from MP with 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Villian($350) calls on the button

Flop comes 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I bet $35 into a pot of $36 and villian calls

turn is the A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I check and he bets the mininimum $8 which i call

river is the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check and he bets $45 and i fold.

Thoughts? How should i have played the turn?

Bet $75 on the turn, Ace is just as much a scare card for him as for you. You could also c/r $8 min bet to $60 to $75, if he re-raises fold.

Weak. After check/calling the min and checking the river you are 100% gauranteed to face a bet from every hand you beat.
