Gonna sign up for Pacific Poker. Anyone know if there are ny bonuses I could use ? Or any rake rebate, etc...

I got $100 for signing up through Pokertalk.com. That was a couple months back, and I don't know what the current deal is.
I've played a dozen sites, and I consider Pacific by far the worst I've played. Single table, slow, crappy software, slow, all-in abuse, and very slow.

Pacific currently offers a 25% bonus up to 100$.

There is also a rummor that if you do not deposit any money for a few days after opening an account, they will give you a free 20$ (cashout restricted until you play a certain number of hands). I got 20$ when i did this but i have also read here that it didnt work for some people. Anyway you might want to try this just in case.

Indeed most of this is true. The speed has picked up a bit since the software upgrade(such as it was), but it's still no speed demon. I'd rate the software second worst after Intercasino, which would be improved by setting a blowtorch to it. I'm not sure whether or not there is really much all-in abuse since the software disconnects you often enough without giving it any help. On the plus side, the players make Party players look like tighties. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
