Poker Tracker and Player View

I have the test version of poker tracker, but really haven't used it to a great extent. This is mostly because of ignorance as to what all the abbreviations mean and more importantly the significance of the abb. as far as practical use. Does anyone know of a good resources to get an education these things.

Also, are most of you using the Player View? I just found out about it and would like to hear some feedback.
