I have a question on Mundos play on the flop and turn. Mundos has to assume that he is ahead on the flop, but any draws against him are getting 5:1 and probably have the right odds to call. Then on the turn, he has less than a complete bet, and Franziska gets the right price again.

Can someone explain to me why he wouldn't want to give a free card on the flop so that he has an oppurtunity to to lay only 3:1 on the turn and make it a mistake for villian to call with a flush draw or OESD? Giving opponents chances to make Fundamental Theorem of Poker mistakes our #1 goal, right? Is giving the free card too costly, or was he just so short stacked that he needed to take the chance to double up and have a chance of taking 2nd or 1st?
