If 2 players make it to the river, absent any other information, what % of the time will at least one of them have a made low hand?

If one player starts with three cards to a low, absent any other information, what & of the time will that player make a low hand by the river?

Thanks... That sounds about right. I asked the same question about omaha8 a while back and the answer was somewhere between 60-70 so I doubt you're too far off if at all.
