There is no crime in being rude at a poker table, in fact it's great if it can anyway get under an opponents skin and make them play differently than normal. If slowrolling online gains you an edge take it. In live play I would advise against it though.

It is irrelevant in this case because he would bust him and therefore not be able to do anything once he is under his skin.
