Default JJ - Semi Safe flop facing a min raise?

Relatively early in 20 MTT on stars.

What range of hands call PF and then Min raise this flop?

How should I procede?

i dont think hes on a draw looking for free cards, hes got 400 left in his stack

but yea, push this in and expect to see some mid pocket a lot of the times, and stupid 6x hands the other times

also i think you can bet less on the flop

It's the cold call / Min Raise combo that confused me.

My feelings were AKs-AQs, maybe KQs, maybe 88, 99, or TT.
