Shorthanded live game with two LAGgy players and one Tight Passive. Villain preflop raising range is very wide (all pairs, KT+, any ace, QT, QJ)

blinds are $.50/1
Stacks are short. Villain with $30, me with $40.

Villain raises UTG to $4. folded to me.

He raised preflop. I then re-raised. sorry for the confusion. I don't know why I decided to put it in white...

Whoops, that's my fault, I'm sorry. I misread the hand, I thought hero just open raised to $11.
