PP Cheated Me Out of the NFL Bonus
Because I played my 8 $22 SNGs around 11PM EST on Dec 6, they credited most of my party points for the 7th because the system does that automatically. All of my SNGS ended by Dec 6 EST, and I should have been given 48 points on that day. I did not get the 30 points on Dec 6, and customer support has told me that there is nothing they can do about giving me the first question. There goes my shot at the million bucks.

You guys are missing the point. I followed their rules, and they are refusing to give me to bonus because they screwed up. I can't wait till this starts happening to people who are 15/15 in the questions and they aren't allowed the next question because party screwed up their points.

Tell me about it...
You need 30 points the day before to get the question. I played 164 raked hands of PLO8 on the 6th, to which I should have been credited 32 points, but only received 28 points for some reason. I emailed support about it and have not got an answer yet in over 24 hours. I will continue to email them every 8 hours until at least someone tells me SOL because I'm sure that's the only response I'll get.
