blind stealing a little help!!!

I play stts for my main income but i do like to play multis as they give you a chance to hit the big score and i know the game and usually do quite well through the beggining and middle stages, but as the blinds get higher this is where i get stumped as blind stealing in multis is alot different to stts in the fact you have a full table etc also how to play a blind steal post flop if you miss etc. I would gratefuly appreciate any help on this subject.
