Default Chocolates

so, i was blessed the other day, and am going to be making chocolates. Has anyone done this before? Ive got a fairly decent grasp on the process, but this will be my first time. Tips or advice?

fwiw, anyone who thinks that chocolates are a blasphemy, i can only say that i have put my dues in.

peace

My mom made me peanut butter cups once. They were better than Reese's, which is tough to do. But i have no idea how she did it. All I know is they were scrumdiddlyumptious.

Ok real advice, you need to get a double boiler, usually you can find a chocolate shop in a phone book, they will sell chocolate pieces(diffrent colors too if you so desire) as well as Molds etc etc to make it.

In the Double boiler the water should be a rolling Boil not a violent kind , and keep stiring...

Also don't ware the nicest clothes you have, tends to get messy, but that might just be me lol

PS I understand the choclates you are making...
