Intertops accounts not allowed in Nevada?

I did a search and didn't see any threads here concerning this. I just tried to open a poker account at Intertops. I got a denial message stating that accounts in Nevada are not allowed.

I'm wondering if this is recent, or if it has always been their policy. Do any of you Nevada 2+2'ers have an Intertops account?
