Poker Superstars Invitational
Does anyone know exactly how this thing works? Fox Sports has done an ATROCIOUS job of explaining the whole setup in the first 3 episodes so far.
They tell you that it's 8 of the best, putting up $400k. They play what, 8 "prelim" tourneys, and then the final? I don't know. They play some # of prelims that will help determine stack sizes for the final.
The thing is, I can't find any info on how that second part works. Without knowing how all the prelims affect the final, it's not much more than watching them play a bunch of SNGs.
You can't find any details on the web, there's nothing on FOX Sports' website. Frustrating.
Anyone have the straight dope?
