Default \"WPT All-In Hold\'em\" with collusion?

(posted in the SMP forum)

I am interested to see what affects collusion would have on the house advantage for this game. It seems it would be similar to the effects of card counting, where you could choose to go all-in (instead of raising) or raise (instead of folding) depending on the cards of other people at the table.

An example situation, is if you see every one at your table with high cards, you may be more inclined to go all-in as the probability that the dealer has a hand value of 17+ is lowered. Thoughts?
