Default B&M Bingo

We're all skilled poker players here, so there's a couple of things I've learned about playing some good ol' fashioned live poker.

- Being skilled (as are all 2+2ers, in addition to smart and attractive), we're tighter then the averaged player. We fold a lot.

- Being skilled (in addition to wealthy and funny, as are all 2+2ers), it doesn't take us all that long to get a read on our less skilled (and less attractive, less wealthy, less funny) opponents.

We have a lot of free time on our hands at the poker table. What to do? Hellmuthian soul-gazing? Drink? Sit stone-faced and intimidate the table even further?

I posit the following: You've all heard of Bingo, and many of you have heard of "Bullshit Bingo", which is just bingo with typical white-collar management catchphrases.

We need B&M Bingo. It's a perfect fit.

Rounders quotes:
- "Veddy ag-grey-seev!"
- "I'm sorry John, I can't remember" (or some form thereof)

WSOP quotes/observations
- Any Marcel impersonation
- "The price of poker just went up"
- jabs at Hellmuth (could be it's own category)
- Moneymaker bashing
- comments on Raymer (usually the glasses or Matusow)

Bitching
- "I hate AA, I always lose with it"
- "You can't protect your hand at 3/6"
- "I should go play no-limit where you can punish the fish"
- "I can't play online, it's rigged" (bonus if this is said after a flop of 3-10s)
- "No point in raising, I'm just gonna lose more that way"
- Any bad beat story

General B&M antics:

- Player doesn't know what the bet is (trying to bet $6 on the flop of a 3/6 game, or $3 on the turn)
- Anyone who folds a free play in the BB or a post.
- Archetypes: Calling station, Drunk, Maniac...
- Straddle!

Add your own, make up a board (don't forget the Free Space in the middle. Call it the Big Blind)! Never be bored playing live again!

Play at Foxwoods. Their Bingo room is considerably bigger than their poker room.

One thing that stunned me when I came to Vegas is the lack of Bingo on the Strip. Off-Strip casinos have Bingo. A fairly large casino across he street from where I live has a bingo room nearly as big as the Bellagio poker room.

Superstitious:

Sixes are hot on this table.
You have to play diamond draws.

Since you bring it up; anyone know how B&M bingo works? Do you pay by game, by hour, what? Foxwoods bingo room is huge, is it all one giant bingo game? What's the house edge?

To the OP, this sounds like a great idea. Maybe I'll make up some cards next time a group of us make a casino trip.
