leaderboard bonus affect MGR?

Does any bonus money affect the MGR coming from the tournament leaderboard at PP?

Also, does anyone know if the prizes for placing in the TLB freeroll are subtracted from MGR?

I would assume it does, which sucks. I'm making a run at a top 10 and didn't consider that it would reduce RB, but I would guess like any other bonus that it does.
