Fold preflop. Don't raise that river. I think it's a miracle he didn't 3-bet you. He probably had AA or KK with no heart. So he definitely misplayed that river, which he should have check-called or maybe even check-folded.

I would have raised the turn, why wait to get the money in when he might check/fold the river anyways after you call...
