You can't be results-oriented. Overall, his laydown made him money. No, not in that spot. But if he had that decision 1000 times over his lifetime of playing poker, he's in the black.

obviously I'm not being results-oriented, otherwise I would have called that lay-down a terrible play, it cost him the pot!

But still, anyone who plays a lot of poker understands the mantra "no good play goes unpunished, no bad play unrewarded" even if they only believe it when it happens to them

1. Don't fold kings if a king will fall on the turn.
2. Don't call Ali
3. Jewish people have no future in Luge.
