Neteller Netpoints Cash Giveaway EV's??

Sorry if this has been addressed, but my cursory search turns up nothing....
Which is the better EV for neteller cash giveaway?
1) $500 weekly for 1000 netpoints
2) $1000 biweekly for 2500 netpoints
3) $3000 monthly for 5000 netpoints
Obviously, if the number of entries were constant, it's an easy exercise... but the piece of data I'm missing is the average number of entries for each of the three drawings.
Has anyone tracked this data?

I worked it out for the number of entrants - as of the time I entered, of course - and the middle one ended up being easily the best value. Sadly, I had quite a few NetPoints and my expectation after entering all of them in the bi-weekly drawing was like $0.62. It's basically a lotto ticket.
