Default Pooh-bah bragging post

I needed something good for this post. My friends at Party Poker came through.

What do you think guys, is this sustainable? Should I quit my job? Oh wait, I did that last month. Should I move up? I only have like 900 BB.

1: You play really, really tight.
2: You win A LOT at showdown.

If there were a lot of pre-flop raisers at the table, I think it can make a lot of sense to be VPIP<15.

Chances are that those crazy pre-flop raisers not only raised pre-flop with junk but continued to bet/raise/re-raise when scarey cards hit the board. There were used to being able to bully people with their aggression. When he sat down and adapted to their loose-aggressive play style, he ate them alive. This is precisely whay I've been doing over at 5/10...

I think you are reading too much into a sample size of 516 hands.

I was gonna say that 18BB/100 was sustainable.. but your 21.7. Totally unrealistic.

Yes, this is typical. I played some 2/4 last month and was at 16%, and probably should have been higher. I don't open limp much, almost never cold-call a raise, but I loosen up a lot after one limper, since two limpers tend to calm the maniacs a little, and encourage more limping. I sometimes feel I should loosen up, but then I get raised, isolated and flop nothing, or a draw in a tiny pot, and regret it. I guess I could move tables when that is happening often, but I never do, I just tighten up more.

Nah, I just flopped like every set and draw possible, and they all came in and held up.

Usually I'm around 55% W$SD. I don't recall ever having a 100+ BB session, and I usually play 800-1000 hands per, not 500.

You can get away with a good deal of open limping from EP at 2/4 and 3/6.

Is your Went to SD typically this low? With it being so low and your W$SD so high, I'd believe that you folded a lot of winning hands and your BB/100 could have even higher.
