Neteller question

For my brother's account, can he open a neteller account without a checking account linked up, and then can I fund his neteller account by withdrawing from my party poker account into his neteller account?

I know you cant do peer-to-peer transfers on neteller without a validated checking account, but if I withdraw to his neteller account from my Party account, will Party then block him from depositing into his own Party account (saying that the neteller account is already in use)?

I tried to deposit from my neteller into his Party account but Party will not allow this saying he needs his own neteller account.

you cannot cross checking accounts, neteller accounts or party poker accounts in any combination, in either direction.

you can transfer funds WITHIN neteller, or WITHIN party though, as long as it's following their T&C.

Can you fund a neteller account using a money order or something else?

you cant fund a neteller account using another neteller account (oeer to peer) unless they both have validated checking accounts. Plus, you wouldn't want to do that anyway cause there's a hefty fee.
