should i play the pound games at interpoker and skins?

i chase 3 icp bonuses every month. i play the 1/2$ full ring games. all the 1/2$ are ultra tight during the times when i can play. i have school from 8am-1pm, this is like the peak hours of when the 1/2$ games get juicy. when i get home, those games are all dried up.

but i see that the 1/2 pound games are always juicy and full of big pots. this month is coming to an end and i need to clear these bonuses asap. so i was wondering if i should just play these pound games. i heard that i will get screwed by the conversion rate or the rake, how bad is it? is it worth it to clear these bonuses?
