The play is definately looser. But playing drunk is a bad idea. In Super System Doyle Brunson says that he never drank when he played. He needed his wits about him. When you are playing to make money, play sober. That will eliminate all those drunken errors

Cheers,

I give Mason a lot of credit, but your cover just wasn't up to snuff. What with the lack of clowns, bunnies, and boats.

I challenge anyone to come up with a more original and higher quality cover done strictly in MS Paint.

A couple weeks ago I was ridiculously drunk and decided to sit down at a 2/4 bad-beat jackpot table. I hadn't played a game of limit hold'em in several months. I continued drinking...by the time I was done I'd gone through 2 bottles of wine (pre-sitting down), half a 750 of knob creek (post-), and some miscellany (post-). 2 hours of play ended with me +$320. Ergo, drunken poker is a good thing.

I play completely wasted all the time at my normal level (10/20) short. I think that my play is def. worse but so so bad that it us EV-. Also it is so sweet to wake up in the AM with an extra 300.

Default Drunk is good

I play very seldom holdem, and even more seldom tournaments. But yesterday when I came home I registered to three MTT. $20+rebuys $33 freezout and $11 freezout.. made the final table in first two and also in the money in 3rd. Never had such a succes in a MTT, I played much looser shooting allin here and there, and all those weak-tight fuckerz kept folding.

Going to do the same tonight and play the prima $100k guaranteed...
