Default Top pair played like a call station

Earlier I saw BB call with 77 on a 345 flop facing a bet from his immediate right and 3 people behind him. So he fails to protect vulnerable hands. I forget how the other steets played out. He also open limped in LP a few times. He seems pretty loose and passive.

Yeah, I'd throw a turn raise in.

What that's not true at all.

I'm not sure when I raise bet I definitely put one in some where. Probably the turn or river.

Flop or turn raise one of them. I prefer flop raise.

This seems like a fairly standard flop raise. Pot is kinda big, and if he's loose and passive he'll call with lots of aces we beat. I think we have to raise the flop, if not, then a turn raise isn't terrible.

Okay. But what if my hand was A8? Still raise the flop?

yes. The fact that a flush draw is available makes this an easy flop raise. You will have best hand here on the flop like 80% of the time imo so you need to get a raise in somewhere. It makes it harder to raise the turn if a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] hits and alot more costly.

This is 6max, TP on the flop is very strong. Just cos he lead into you doesnt mean [censored] at 1/2. Most of these guys have the intelligence of a peice of firewood.
