Best heads up limit david oppenhiemer and i venture to say that at plo heads up the devilfish is a 60% favorite over anybody except maybe scott williamson and sam farha

How could David Oppenheim possibly be the best in the world at heads up limit hold'em if his name doesn't (as far as I know) pop up here?
