Individually, just go to any tab with a Game number listed and double-click on the game number. A window will pop-up with that HH.

You can export HHs in groups, but I can't remember how at the moment.

I would really like to know how to do this as well. Also, is it possible to review a friends hhs using pt that arent in my database or is there a way to just replay an entire history from a tourney?

There is also a "Replay" button, where you can review the hand as it panned out.
